Banana, Chocolate And Pecan Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None ripe bananas, chopped
    7 oz milk chocolate, chopped
    1/3 cup chopped pecans
    2 tsp granulated sugar + extra, for sprinkling
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    12 sheets filo dough
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    None None powdered sugar, for dusting
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease and line 2 baking trays. Combine bananas, chocolate, pecans, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon. Set aside.
    Brush 6 sheets of filo dough with butter then layer remaining sheets on top. Cut each stack lengthwise into 3 pieces. Place 2 tsp filling in the bottom-left corner of each strip, leaving a 1/3 inch border. Fold bottom-right of strip diagonally across filling to form a triangle. Continue folding until filling is enclosed.
    Arrange on prepared trays, seam-side down. Brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 10-15 mins, until golden brown. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
