Blueberry Bread Puddings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp butter
    1/4 cup blueberry jam
    6 slices white bread
    3 cups evaporated milk
    3 None eggs
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    5.25 oz blueberries
    None None powdered sugar, for dusting
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease 6 - 8.5 oz ramekins.
    Spread butter and jam over bread. Cut into quarters then distribute between prepared dishes, overlapping slightly. Whisk together evaporated milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour over bread. Set aside for 10 mins.
    Sprinkle blueberries over top. Transfer dishes to a large roasting pan and add enough boiling water to come halfway up sides of ramekins. Bake for 25-30 mins, until custard is just set. Remove from roasting pan and let cool for 5 mins.
    Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
