Marinated Pork Fillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
2 large pork tenderloins (about 1 3/4 lbs each)
    3-4 tbsp vegetable oil
    2/3 cup teriyaki sauce
2 None limes, peel grated and limes juiced
1 slice (1/2-inch) ginger, peeled and finely grated
2 None red chili peppers, seeded and thinly sliced, plus additional, for garnish
    1/4 cup olive oil
1 bunch green onions, trimmed and sliced
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet on high heat. Cook pork until seared on all sides. Season. Place on a foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 15-20 mins. Remove pork from the oven. Let stand, loosely covered with foil, for 20 mins.
Meanwhile, whisk the teriyaki sauce, lime peel and juice, ginger and chili peppers in a large bowl. Season then whisk in the olive oil. Cut pork into thin slices and add to the marinade.
Serve pork garnished with green onions and additional chili peppers. Serve with crusty baguettes.
