Spicy Pork Kebabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
    2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
    3 tbsp mango chutney
    1 tbsp medium curry paste
    2 tsp tomato paste
    3 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 3/4 lbs pork tenderloin, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
    None None Pita bread, lemon wedges and salad, to serve
Preparation
    Mix the vinegar, yogurt, mango chutney, curry paste, tomato paste and oil in a large non-metallic bowl. Add the pork and mix well, making sure that each piece is coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, if possible.
    Soak 16 wooden skewers in cold water for 20 mins. Thread the meat onto the skewers.
    Preheat the grill on medium-high. Grill kebabs for 10-12 mins, turning several times and basting with the marinade, until well cooked and charred in places. Serve immediately with pita bread, lemon wedges and salad.
