Ingredients

1/2 cup whole wheat self-rising flour
1/2 cup flour
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup firmly brown sugar
2/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
6 tbsp (3/4 stick) butter
1/4 cup honey
1 None egg, lightly beaten
1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and line a 12 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, extending paper above long sides for handles.
Sift flours into a large bowl. Stir in oats, coconut and sugar.
Combine peanut butter, butter and honey in a small saucepan. Stir on low heat for 1-2 mins, until melted and combined. Stir into flour mixture. Stir in egg, then 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips. Press into prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips.
Bake for 20-25 mins, until golden. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Store in an airtight container.
