Raspberry, Pear And Muesli Loaf - cooking recipe

1 2/3 cups self-rising flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 cups muesli
1/3 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 None large egg, beaten
1 None pear, cored, chopped
2 oz frozen raspberries
1/3 cup sliced almonds
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 4x8 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
Sift flour and baking soda together into a large bowl. Stir in muesli and sugar. Make a well in the center and add milk, butter and egg. Mix until combined. Fold in pear and raspberries. Transfer to prepared pan and sprinkle with almonds. Bake for 1 hour, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
