Mexican Beef And Bean Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
    1 1/4 lb sirloin steak, trimmed, thinly sliced
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp sweet paprika
    1 None red onion, cut into thin wedges
    1 None green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
    1 (13.5 oz) can mixed beans, rinsed
    8 None flour tortillas, warmed
    3.5 oz mixed greens
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Working in batches, brown beef. Set aside. Add cumin, paprika, onion, pepper and beans. Cook, stirring, for 3 mins, or until onion is soft. Return beef to pan along with juices. Cook, stirring, for 1 min, or until heated through.
    Top tortillas with 1/2 of the mixed greens then beef mixture. Sprinkle with cilantro and roll up to enclose filling. Serve with remaining mixed greens.
