Chicken With Garlic, Potatoes And Rosemary - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 (7 oz) chicken thighs, bone-in, 2 deep slashes cut through skin and flesh to the bone
1 2/3 lb new potatoes, halved
2 1/2 tbsp butter, melted
2 slices bacon, coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
1 oz green olives
Preparation

Preheat oven to 475\u00b0F. Place chicken and potatoes in a large Dutch oven. Brush with butter and season. Roast, uncovered, for 30 mins. Add bacon, garlic and rosemary and roast, uncovered, for another 10 mins, or until browned. Add olives and serve.
