Cinnamon Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup 2% milk
    1/2 cup butter, chopped
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    3 None eggs, at room temperature, whisked
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1 tbsp ground cinnamon
    None None vegetable oil, to deep-fry
Preparation
    Combine milk and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Bring to a boil then add flour. Transfer to a food processor. With the motor running, slowly add eggs. Process until mixture is thick and glossy. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a 2/3 inch plain tip.
    Combine sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. Set aside.
    Heat oil in a large heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat. Pipe circles of batter, 2-3 at a time, into hot oil. Deep-fry for 2 mins, or until golden. Flip and cook for 1-2 mins more. Transfer to cinnamon sugar. Turn to coat. Transfer to a serving platter. Serve.
