Artichoke And Feta Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, plus 2 tbsp to drizzle
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 loaf ciabatta bread, cut into 1/2 inch slices
    2 (10 oz) jars artichoke hearts in oil, drained, sliced
    5 oz feta cheese, crumbled
    2 tbsp fresh basil leaves
Preparation
    Preheat broiler. Combine 1/4 cup olive oil and garlic. Brush both sides of bread with garlic oil then toast until golden brown on both sides.
    Top toast with artichokes and feta then drizzle with extra oil. Serve sprinkled with basil.
