Berry Oat Crumble - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz frozen mixed berries
1 can (15 oz) pear halves in juice, drained and sliced
1 tsp finely grated lemon peel
4 tbsp packed light brown sugar
2/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup sliced almonds
2 tbsp cold butter or margarine, cubed
None None Plain yogurt, to serve
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a 6 cup baking dish. Mix the fruit, lemon peel and 1 tbsp of the sugar in a large bowl. Spoon the mixture into the prepared dish.
Place the oats, remaining 3 tbsp brown sugar and almonds in a medium bowl. Using fingertips, rub in butter to make coarse crumbs. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the fruit.
Bake for 35 mins or until golden. Serve with yogurt.
