Indian Pork Chops With Pineapple Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup plain yogurt
    1/4 cup tikka masala paste
    4 None pork chops (8 oz each), fat trimmed
    8 None pappadums
    2 cups basmati rice
    None None FOR THE PINEAPPLE RELISH
    1 small pineapple, peeled, cored and diced
    1 small red onion, cut into thin wedges
    1 tbsp small mint leaves
    1 None birdeye chili pepper, cut into thin strips
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp garam masala
    1 tsp sugar
Preparation
    Combine yogurt and tikka masala paste in large bowl. Add pork chops; turn to coat. Let stand 15 mins to marinate.
    Prepare pappadums and rice according to package directions.
    Meanwhile, for the pineapple relish, combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Season with salt.
    Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill pork for 6-7 mins each side, until lightly browned and just cooked through. Serve pork with pineapple relish, rice and pappadums.
