Caramel-Banana Tiramisu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream
    1 tbsp powdered sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 lb mascarpone cheese
    28-30 None vanilla wafer cookies, coarsely chopped
    2 cups caramel sauce, warmed
    4 None bananas, thickly sliced, toss with 1 tbsp lemon juice to prevent browning
    2 oz hard caramels, crushed
Preparation
    Whip cream, sugar and vanilla to soft peaks. Fold into mascarpone. Set aside.
    In serving glasses, layer vanilla wafers, caramel sauce, bananas and cream mixture. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with crushed hard caramels. Chill for 1-2 hours.
