Chocolate Orange Cake - cooking recipe

6 None oranges, 2 zested, 3/4 cup juice, remaining oranges cut into segments
1 1/2 cups sugar substitute
3/4 cup almond flour
1/2 cup garbanzo bean flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted
1/4 cup ground golden flaxseed
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 None large eggs
1 lb cream cheese, at room temperature
1/3 cup sugar substitute
2 tsp vanilla extract
4-5 tbsp heavy cream
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease 2 - 8 inch cake pans.
Whisk together sugar substitute, almond flour, garbanzo flour, cocoa powder, flaxseed, baking soda and baking powder. Whisk together yogurt, coconut oil, eggs, 2 tsp orange zest and orange juice. Stir into dry ingredients. Transfer to prepared pans and bake for 25-30 mins, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool for 10 mins then unmold cakes and let cool completely.
Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, sugar substitute and vanilla until smooth. Add heavy cream and beat until very smooth. Spread 1/2 the mixture over first cake layer. Cover with second layer. Spread remaining mixture over top. Garnish with orange segments and pomegranate seeds.
