Honey & Ginger Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp honey
3 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 piece (1 1/2 inches) ginger, grated
1 1/3 lbs pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
5 oz sugar snap peas
None None Asian noodles, to serve
Preparation

Combine soy sauce, mirin, honey, 2 tsp of the sesame oil, garlic, ginger and 1/4 cup water in a small bowl.
Meanwhile, heat remaining 1 tsp sesame oil in wok on high heat. Stir-fry pork, in batches, until browned.
Stir-fry onion and sugar snap peas until tender. Return pork to wok with sauce mixture; stir-fry until pork is cooked to desired doneness. Serve with noodles.
