Strawberry Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb strawberries, hulled, 1/2 lb finely chopped + extra to serve
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 cup Greek yogurt
    1/2 cup heavy cream
Preparation
    Process whole strawberries with sugar, lemon juice and yogurt until smooth. Strain into a large bowl. Whip cream to soft peaks then gently fold into strawberry mixture. Add chopped strawberries. Transfer to a freezer-proof container, smooth surface and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for 4 hours, until firm.
    Serve with extra strawberries.
