Coconut Crunchy Noodle Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz copha (solidified coconut oil), chopped and melted
7 oz white chocolate, chopped and melted
4 oz crunchy noodles
2/3 cup dried apricots, finely chopped
2/3 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
Preparation

Grease and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, extending paper above 2 opposite sides for handles.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Spoon into the prepared pan. Using the back of a spoon, press the top to flatten.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. Cut into squares.
