Ingredients

8.75 oz mascarpone cheese
2 tbsp powdered sugar
3/4 cup strong black coffee
1/4 cup marsala wine
3/4 cup heavy cream, whipped
5.25 oz dark chocolate, melted
1/2 cup vanilla custard or heavy cream
4 oz ladyfinger cookies
None None grated chocolate curls, to serve
Preparation

Line a 7x11 inch rimmed baking tray with parchment paper.
Beat mascarpone with powdered sugar until creamy. Combine coffee and marsala then beat 2 tbsp coffee mixture into mascarpone. Fold in whipped cream. Chill.
Mix together melted chocolate and custard. Chill.
Dip ladyfingers in remaining coffee mixture and layer in prepared pan along with mascarpone mixture and chocolate custard. Chill until ready to serve.
Sprinkle with chocolate curls to serve.
