Zucchini And Salmon Tagliatelle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    350 g tagliatelle
    4 tbsp oil
    500 g salmon fillet
    600 g courgette, thinly sliced
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    200 g cream cheese
    1 None lemon, zested and juiced
    1 tbsp chopped basil
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions.
    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a nonstick frying pan and saute fish for 2-3 mins. Remove from pan, season and set aside. Add 2 tbsp oil and saute zucchini and onion for 2-3 mins. Add cream cheese then deglaze pan with 1 cup water. Bring to a boil then break up salmon and return to pan along with lemon zest and juice.
    Drain pasta and toss with sauce. Add basil, season and serve.
