Beef And Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp canola oil
    1 None onion, halved, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp grated fresh ginger
    1 lb lean beef, cut into strips
    1 bunch Chinese broccoli, roughly chopped
    1 None red pepper, seeded, sliced
    3.5 oz snow peas, trimmed, halved lengthwise
    1/2 cup beef stock
    1/4 cup oyster sauce
    11 oz steamed rice, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry onion for 2-3 mins. Add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 min. Add beef and cook for 3 mins, or until browned. Add Chinese broccoli, pepper and snow peas. Add stock and oyster sauce. Simmer until vegetables are tender but still crisp, about 1 min.
    Serve with steamed rice.
