Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 g short pasta
    500 g cherry tomatoes, halved
    2 None cucumbers, peeled, de-seeded and cut into cubes
    2 bunches parsley, chopped
    4 stems mint, chopped
    2 medium onions, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    50 tbsp oil
    1 None lemon, juiced
Preparation
    Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside to cool.
    Mix all the ingredients together and toss well. Season with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.
