Chicken And Tarragon "Pillows" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz cooked chicken breast, chopped finely
    2 tbsp walnuts, finely chopped
    2 tbsp aioli or mayonnaise
    1 tbsp sour cream
    1/2 tbsp fresh tarragon, finely chopped
    1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
    20 slices white bread
    2 tbsp butter, softened
Preparation
    Combine chicken, walnuts, aioli, sour cream and herbs in a medium bowl. Season to taste.
    Cut 3 1/4 inch rounds from bread. Spread butter over rounds. Add a level tablespoon of chicken mixture to the center of 1/2 of the rounds. Sandwich with remaining rounds. Press edges together to seal.
    Cut pillows in 1/2 to serve.
