Thai Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 None medium tomatoes, quartered
    1 None small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
    1 None fresh long red chili, thinly sliced
    1 None fresh long green chili, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
    2 tbsp fresh mint, shredded
    2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
    1 inch fresh ginger, peeled, cut into matchsticks
    1 lb smoked chicken breast, shredded
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    1 tbsp fish sauce
    None None lime wedges, to serve
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes, pepper, chilies, herbs and ginger. Add chicken. Whisk together garlic, sesame oil and fish sauce then toss with salad. Distribute between shallow serving bowls. Serve with lime wedges.
