Chicken Pasta Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 tbsp butter
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup milk
    3 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
    10.5 oz cooked rigatoni
    12.5 oz rotisserie chicken, shredded
    2.5 oz frozen mixed vegetables
    1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and cook, stirring, for 1 min. Whisk in milk until smooth. Cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 mins. Add 1.5 oz grated cheese and mix until melted and combined. Toss with rigatoni, chicken and frozen vegetables. Season. Transfer to a large baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese and parsley. Bake for 20-25 mins, until golden.
