Sirloin Steak With Braised Cannellini Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp sunflower oil
    1 None shallot, finely diced
    50 ml beef stock
    1/4 None pear, thinly sliced
    50 g cooked cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
    1 None rump steak
    20 g rocket leaves
Preparation
    Heat 1 tsp oil in a saucepan, add shallot and saute for 1-2 mins, stirring. Deglaze pan with stock and simmer for 3-4 mins. Add sliced pear and beans then reduce heat and season. Simmer for 3-4 mins.
    Meanwhile, heat remaining oil in a frying pan, add steak and sear over medium-high heat for 3-4 mins, turning, or until cooked to your liking. Transfer beans to serving plate and top with arugula and steak. Serve.
