Fettuccine Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz fettuccine
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 cup light cream
    1/2 cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
    1/4 cup finely chopped chives
    None None Pinch of nutmeg
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook fettuccine in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain.
    Meanwhile, lightly spray a skillet with no stick cooking spray and heat on medium. Cook garlic for 30 seconds, until fragrant. Add cream and bring to a boil. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Add sauce to the pasta and toss to coat. Season to taste and serve immediately.
