Naan Bread With Garlic Yogurt Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups plain flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    3/4 cup yogurt
    3 None garlic cloves, crushed
    1 None medum egg yolk
    1/2 cup canola oil
    1-2 tbsp butter
    1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
Preparation
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together then gradually mix in 2 tbsp yogurt. Slowly mix in 1/2 cup lukewarm water then knead with your hands until it becomes a soft dough. Cover and leave to rest for 1 hour.
To make the yogurt dip, mix 1/3 of the garlic with the egg yolk and beat until light and creamy. Gradually trickle in a stream of canola oil while continually beating until smooth. Stir 1/2 cup yogurt into the mixture then season.
Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and shape each piece into a ball. Roll out each ball to make an oval of approximately 6X3 in. Spread butter over each over bread then choose between adding garlic, cumin seeds or coriander. Press the topping into the dough.
Heat a wide pan until very hot. Cook the naan in batches for 1-2 mins on each side until the dough bubbles and brown spots appear. Serve with the garlic yogurt dip.
