Chicken And Pepper Skewers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 tsp garam masala
    1 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
    3/4 cup plain yogurt
    1/2 tsp smoked paprika
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 large green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 small white onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
    None None Mixed salad and lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation
    Combine chicken, garam masala and oil in a medium bowl. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate 1 hour to marinate. Season.
    Meanwhile, whisk yogurt, paprika and garlic in a small bowl. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate until required.
    Preheat the grill to medium. Alternately, thread chicken, pepper and onion onto 12 skewers. Grill, turning occasionally, for 10-12 mins or until browned and cooked through.
    Serve skewers with yogurt mixture, salad and lemon wedges.
