Stuffed Pita Pockets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tbsp mayonnaise
    1 tbsp white wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp dried chili flakes
    4 None pitas, lightly toasted
    2 None hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    7 oz cherry tomatoes, cut into wedges
    10.5 oz roast turkey, sliced
    3.5 oz baby arugula
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, chili flakes, and 2 tbsp water. Season.
    Cut a slit in the side of each pita and fill with hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes, turkey and arugula. Drizzle dressing over top and serve.
