Sourdough Spinach Melts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thick slices sourdough bread
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 1/2 cups baby spinach, roughly chopped
    2 oz salami, roughly chopped
    2 oz sun-dried tomatoes
    2 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tbsp mayonnaise
Preparation
    Preheat broiler. Drizzle bread with oil then broil for 2 mins per side, until golden.
    Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients. Season. Arrange on top of bread and broil for 2-3 mins, until cheese melts.
