Chocolate Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
    8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, chopped
    3/4 cup sugar
    3/4 cup self-rising flour
    4 None eggs, lightly beaten
    None None Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and line a 12 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, extending paper above long sides for handles.
    Stir chocolate and butter in a medium heatproof bowl over a medium saucepan of simmering water (do not allow the water to touch base of bowl) until melted. Cool.
    Add remaining ingredients to bowl. Beat on low speed with electric mixer until combined. Increase speed to medium and beat about 3 mins or until mixture is smooth and changed to a paler color. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
    Bake about 30 mins until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack. Serve dusted with sifted cocoa powder, if desired.
