Sausage, Apple And Onion Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None refrigerated pie crust
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 lb pork sausages
    2 None onions, sliced
    2 None apples, cored and thinly sliced
    2 None eggs, beaten
    2 tbsp coarse grain mustard
    1 tub (8 oz) creme fraiche
    1/4 cup milk
    1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
Preparation
    Roll out pastry. Press into a 9-inch fluted tart pan with removable bottom. Trim edges. Refrigerate 30 mins.
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Heat a baking sheet in oven. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook sausages in 6-8 mins until golden. Remove from pan. Add onions and apples to pan. Cook, stirring, for 5-6 mins.
    Slice sausages; place in tart crust with onions and apples. Mix eggs, mustard, creme fraiche, milk and parsley in a medium bowl; season. Pour over filling. Place tart pan on hot baking sheet.
    Bake for 25 mins until egg mixture has set.
