Potato Salad With Ranch Dressing And Dill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb baby red potatoes
    2 None bell peppers, seeded and diced
    1 None small red onion, chopped
    1 cup Ranch dressing
    1 tbsp fresh chopped dill
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a large pot. Cover with water then bring to a boil. Cook for 15 mins, or until fork tender. Transfer to an ice bath until cool then drain.
    Quarter cooled potatoes then toss with remaining ingredients. Season then chill until required.
