Nectarine Galette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None nectarines, halved, pitted, thinly sliced
    1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
    1/4 cup smooth apricot jam, warmed
    1/4 cup macadamia nuts, toasted, chopped
    None None ice cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease a baking tray.
    Cut puff pastry into 4 rectangles, folding in a 1/3 inch border. Place on prepared tray and bake for 5-10 mins, until just golden. Press gently to flatten.
    Brush base with 1/2 the jam. Arrange nectarine slices over top and bake for another 5-10 mins, until golden. Brush with remaining jam. Sprinkle with macadamias. Serve with ice cream.
