Cheese And Star Fruit Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
    2 oz soft blue cheese (such as Danish Blue)
    1/4 cup ricotta cheese
    4 None star fruit, each cut into 6 slices
    1 None egg yolk
    1 tbsp milk
    1 tbsp demerara sugar
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Cut the pastry in half, then place on the prepared pan. Prick all over with a fork.
    Bake for 10 mins, until the pastry is golden and crisp.
    Mix the cheeses in a bowl. Spread on the pastry, leaving a 3/4-inch border around sides. Arrange the star fruit on top. Whisk the egg yolk and milk, then brush over the pastry border. Sprinkle the pastry and fruit with sugar.
    Bake for 5 mins, until the cheese has melted and the star fruit is heated through. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
