Niçoise Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    300 g green beans, cut into pieces
    4 None eggs
    1 None iceberg lettuce, cut into small pieces
    100 g pimento stuffed green olives, halved
    3 None onions, peeled and cut into thin rings
    1 can tuna, flaked
    2 None long sweet peppers, seeded and cut into rings
    6 tbsp vinegar
    6 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp sugar
Preparation
    Cook the beans in boiling salted water for about 15 mins, then drain. In the meantime, hard boil the eggs for about 8 mins. Plunge them in cold water, peel and cut into eighths.
    For the vinaigrette: mix the vinegar, sugar and oil and season to taste.
    Mix all the prepared ingredients together in a large bowl and toss gently in the vinaigrette.
