Caramelized Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 tbsp margarine
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 None small pineapple, peeled, cored, sliced
None None ice cream, to serve
Preparation

Melt margarine in a large frying pan. Add sugar, stirring until mixture starts to bubble. Add pineapple. Cook for 8-10 mins over medium heat, until golden and tender.
Drizzle pineapple with pan juices and serve with ice cream.
