Mixed Berry Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sheet frozen puff pastry, cut into 8 triangles
    1 None large egg, lightly beaten
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    10.5 oz frozen mixed berries
    1/4 cup Cointreau or other liqueur of choice
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    None None powdered sugar, for dusting
    None None vanilla ice cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange puff pastry triangles on prepared tray. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 10-15 mins, until puffed and golden. Let cool.
    Meanwhile, combine berries, liqueur and brown sugar in a large frying pan over low heat, stirring, until syrupy. Let cool slightly.
    Arrange 2 pastry triangles on each serving plate. Top with berries and dust with powdered sugar. Serve with ice cream.
