Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 tbsp (1 1/2 sticks) butter, chopped
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
    1/2 cup flour
    1 cup coarsely chopped toasted peanuts
    2 None eggs, lightly beaten
    1 cup crunchy peanut butter
    1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large bowl; cool to room temperature. Line baking pans with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Mix the sugars, sifted flours and peanuts in a large bowl. Stir eggs and peanut butter into butter. Add to flour mixture and mix to form a soft dough. Stir in the chocolate chips.
    Place two level tablespoons of dough about 2 inches apart on prepared pans.
    Bake for about 15 mins or until lightly browned. For chewier cookies, bake a few minutes less; for crisp cookies, bake a few minutes longer. Remove from pans; cool completely on wire racks.
