8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, at room temperature
1/3 cup sugar
1 None egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup whole wheat self-rising flour
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup white chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Using a wooden spoon, mix butter and sugar in a large bowl. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Add oats, flour, cranberries and chocolate chips; mix until combined. Drop by tablespoons onto prepared pans, flattening slightly.
Bake 12-15 mins or until golden. Cool on baking sheets 1 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
