Vanilla Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 tbsp (1 stick) butter
    3/4 cup milk
    3 None eggs
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    1 cup sugar
    1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0F. Grease a 9-inch nonstick Bundt pan. Sprinkle lightly with a little flour, then tap pan upside down to remove excess flour.
    Combine butter and milk in a small saucepan. Stir on medium heat until butter is melted. Cool to lukewarm.
    Beats eggs and vanilla in a medium bowl with an electric mixer for 7 mins until mixture is thick and creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until dissolved between additions.
    Gently fold in half the sifted flour. Fold in half the milk and butter mixture. Repeat with the remaining sifted flour and milk and butter mixture. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
    Bake for 30-35 mins or until cake springs back when touched lightly with fingertips. Cool in pan 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
