Orange, Onion And Olive Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
    1 tbsp red wine vinegar or sherry vinegar
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    4 None oranges, peeled, thinly sliced into rounds
    1/2 None red onion, thinly sliced into rounds
    2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, torn
    1/4 cup pitted black olives
    None None crusty bread, to serve
Preparation
    Whisk oil, vinegar and garlic in a small bowl. Season to taste. Arrange the orange slices on a serving platter. Top with onion, mint and olives. Drizzle with dressing. Serve with bread.
