Clover Rolls With Herb Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb frozen bread dough, thawed
1/4 cup salted butter, melted
1/4 tsp lemon zest
1/4 tsp fresh chopped rosemary leaves
1/4 tsp fresh chopped parsley leaves
1 tsp minced garlic
1 None egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp sesame seeds
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin pan. Divide dough into 30 pieces. Shape each into balls. Set aside, covered.
Combine butter, lemon zest, herbs and garlic. Dip each ball into butter mixture then arrange 3 balls in each of 10 muffin wells. Cover with a clean tea towel and let proof for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Lightly brush proofed dough with egg wash then sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 15 mins, or until golden brown. Let cool for 15 mins then remove from pan. Serve.
