Orange Honey Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 None chicken wings
    2 tsp finely grated orange peel
    1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
    2 tbsp honey
    2 tsp soy sauce
    2 tsp vegetable or olive oil
    1 medium carrot, cut into matchsticks
    1 medium zucchini, cut into matchsticks
    2 None celery sticks, sliced
    1 can (8 oz) bamboo shoots, drained
    1 cup bean sprouts, rinsed
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Combine chicken, orange peel and juice, honey and soy sauce in a large glass or ceramic dish. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate for 10 mins to marinate.
    Arrange chicken, in a single layer, in a large baking pan. Discard remaining marinade. Bake, turning chicken during cooking, for 40 mins or until browned and cooked through.
    Meanwhile, heat a wok or large skillet on high heat. Add oil; swirl to coat surface. Stir-fry carrot, zucchini and celery for 5 mins or until tender. Add bamboo shoots and sprouts; stir-fry for 2 mins or until heated. Serve chicken with stir-fried vegetables.
