Fried Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp peanut oil
    3 None large eggs, lightly beaten
    1 tsp sesame oil
    3 oz baby corn, halved
    4 None green onions, thinly sliced
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    3 cups long-grain brown rice, cooked
    4 slices ham, chopped
    2 tbsp roughly chopped fresh chives
    2 tbsp salt-reduced soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat 1 tsp peanut oil in a wok and pour in half the egg and cook, tilting, until almost set. Remove omelette from wok and roll tightly, then slice thinly. Repeat with 1 tsp peanut oil and remaining egg.
    Heat remaining peanut oil and sesame oil in wok and stir-fry corn, green onions and garlic until softened. Return sliced omelettes to wok with rice, ham, chives and soy sauce and stir-fry until hot, season to taste.
