Tomato, Prosciutto And Basil Pizzas - cooking recipe

2 None pre-cooked pizza bases
3/4 cup tomato sauce
8 oz mini mozzarella balls, drained, halved
18 oz baby plum tomatoes, halved
5 oz prosciutto, torn
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
None None grated Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 475\u00b0F. Place pizza bases on 2 pizza or baking trays. Spread tomato sauce over bases then top with mozzarella. Bake for 7-10 mins, until bases are heated through and cheese has started to melt.
Top with tomatoes and bake for 5 mins, or until tomatoes are heated through. Top with prosciutto and basil and sprinkle with Parmesan (if using) to serve.
