Perfect Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 lb potatoes, peeled, chopped
    1/3 cup heavy cream
    2 tbsp butter
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a large saucepan. Cover with cold water and bring to a boil. Boil for 15-20 mins, until tender. Drain.
    Mash well then add cream and butter. Season. Beat with a wooden spoon until smooth and fluffy.
