Rum Raisin Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup raisins
    2 tbsp dark rum
    4 None eggs
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 cups heavy cream
    1/2 cup milk
    10.5 oz cooked pudding rice
    None None ice cream, to serve
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine raisins and rum. Set aside for 30 mins.
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0F. Lightly grease a shallow baking dish.
    Whisk together eggs, sugar and vanilla. Whisk in cream and milk. Add raisin mixture and rice. Transfer to dish. Bake for 50-60 mins, until just set and center has a slight wobble. Let cool completely.
    Serve with ice cream.
