Spaghetti With Chicken And Fresh Tomato-Basil Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 lbs cherry tomatoes, diced
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and pressed
    2 bunches basil, chopped, some reserved for garnish
    7 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp sugar
    2 None chicken breasts
    1 lb spaghetti
    2 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix the tomatoes, garlic, basil, 6 tbsp of olive oil and sugar and season to taste.
    Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and cook the chicken for about 10 mins, turning as necessary. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the package directions. Drain it and keep about 1/2 cup of the cooking water.
    Tear the chicken with a couple of forks and mix it with the spaghetti, pesto sauce and pasta water. Serve sprinkled with cheese and basil.
