Peach Summer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads baby Romaine lettuce
    1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
    6 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
    2 None peaches, pitted and sliced
    1 None avocado, pitted, peeled and liced
    1 None red onion thinly sliced
    None None FOR THE PEACH DRESSING
    2 None peaches, pitted and coarsely chopped
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tsp Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Toss the lettuce, shrimp, cheese, peaches, avocado and onion in a large bowl.
    For the dressing, place all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Season to taste. Drizzle over salad; toss gently.
